EXPO 4 SHELVING AND SHELF TRAY STARTER BAY KIT

This complete kit combines a robust EXPO 4 shelving starter bay with a pre-selected arrangement of shelf trays, creating a ready-to-assemble storage and picking system for small parts.

Each kit includes the EXPO 4 uprights, shelves, bracing and necessary fixings, together with the quantity and sizes of shelf trays specified for the selected configuration. There is no need to order the shelving and trays separately, making it easier to create a complete and coordinated small-parts storage solution.

The EXPO 4 shelving system provides a strong, stable framework with boltless construction for quick assembly. Its shelves are supported on steel clips and can be repositioned at 25mm intervals, allowing the layout to be adjusted as storage requirements change.

Each shelf tray features a spring-loaded stop at the rear, allowing it to be pulled forward and suspended from the shelf. This provides approximately 90% clear access to the contents for faster and easier picking. The stop also acts as a carrying handle, while the front label holder and included paper label make products easier to identify.

Trays are available in different widths, heights and depths to maximise the available shelf space. They can also be subdivided using optional internal dividers, helping to separate smaller components and create an organised, high-density picking system.

KEY FEATURES

Complete shelving and tray kit: Includes the EXPO 4 starter bay components and the specified shelf tray configuration.

High-density small-parts storage: Stores a large number of components within a compact footprint.

Approximately 90% clear picking access: Trays can be withdrawn and suspended from the shelf for easy access.

Clear product identification: Each tray includes a front label cover and paper label.

Flexible tray organisation: Optional dividers can be added to separate different components within each tray.

Adjustable shelving: Shelf levels can be repositioned at 25mm intervals to suit changing requirements.

Boltless construction: The EXPO 4 shelving system is quick to assemble and reconfigure.

Expandable system: Compatible extension bays can be added to increase storage capacity.

Strong storage performance: Configurations offer shelf loadings of up to 120kg UDL and a maximum bay load of 2,500kg.

WHY CHOOSE AN EXPO 4 SHELVING AND SHELF TRAY KIT?

This kit brings together the strength and flexibility of EXPO 4 shelving with the organisation and accessibility of dedicated shelf trays.

It provides everything needed to create an efficient small-parts storage area, helping users keep components clearly identified, separated and easy to retrieve. The adjustable shelving and range of tray sizes also allow the system to accommodate different products while making effective use of the available space.

It is an ideal solution for operations handling a high number of smaller items where quick picking, accurate identification and efficient stock organisation are essential.
