Rack Armour^® has been the world’s best-selling polymer upright racking protector for over 20 years and is shown per install, to save tens of thousands of pounds in damage repair costs.

Made from highly durable plastic, the Rack Armour^® outer shell is shaped to divert impact energy around the rack leg instead of through it. Any remaining impact energy is absorbed by the interior foam until it is diffused. This twin action protection uniquely helps to maintain the structural integrity of the racking system. Rack Armour^® cannot be knocked off when brushed by vehicles and with a hi-visibility range of colours, clearly helps identify safe working boundaries for materials handling equipment drivers.

Manufactured from low maintenance High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Rack Armour^® guards are durable and extremely effective in preventing damage to uprights. With no need to repaint or replace fixings, unlike other upright guards, Rack Armour^® is a cost-effective and low maintenance racking protector.

Available in Hi-Vis Yellow and Safety Yellow as standard. Fully recyclable and non-toxic. The original Rack Armour^® is suitable for use in food production facilities and freezer environments.
