Storage Design

We supply racking from some of the top racking manufacturers, holding stock to deliver an efficient delivery and installation service. We can also alter, relocate, and remove existing racking systems.

Inspections

Annual racking safety inspections are required if you want to remain compliant with HSE guidelines. We can inspect your racking however frequently you need, with inspections in line with SEMA and PUWER / EN15635 guidelines.

Maintenance & Repairs

Racking is vulnerable to damage due to warehouse vehicles impacting the systems directly or when moving pallets and stock. SEMA guidelines categorise damage according to risk. These categories will be listed in your inspection report. We can quote all types of repairs, just send us your most recent report.

Training

Regular in-house racking inspections are strongly advised to capture damage early and limit the risk of accidents. Your team can be trained at your site on racking inspections, installations, and maintenance. Some of our training courses are also available at our Training Centre in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

Impact Protection

Protect your assets and your team with durable, high-visibility barriers. Rack Armour upright guards protect racking posts and end of aisle barriers prevent damage to the sides of racking. Pedestrian barriers paired with safety gates are also important to segregate your team from material handling equipment.
