• Access and Aisle Requirements: Analysis of forklift routes, loading areas, and operational flow to ensure safe and efficient design.
• Product and Load Analysis: Understanding the weight, size, and variety of products you store to spec the right racking type.
• Compliance and Safety: Review of regulations applicable to your facility (PUWER, SEMA, HSE, fire codes) to ensure full compliance in the design.
• Environmental Factors: Assessment of temperature, humidity, and conditions (ambient, chilled, freezer) that affect material selection and durability.
• Future Growth: Discussion of expansion plans so your new system scales with your business.

To help us prepare for your site survey and provide a fast and accurate quote, please include as much of the following information as possible in the form:

• Your warehouse dimensions (approximate length, width, and ceiling height).
• The type of products you store (palletised goods, cartons, small parts, raw materials, or mixed).
• Current storage system (existing racking type, or starting from scratch).
• Your primary goal (add capacity, improve efficiency, comply with regulations, relocate, or expand).
• Throughput or SKU volume (items per day picked, number of product lines, or seasonal peaks).
• Environmental conditions (ambient, chilled, freezer, external, or hazmat).
• Any site induction or safety requirements for our engineers to know before visiting.
• Access restrictions or preferred survey dates and times.

If you have a floor plan or site layout, please upload it with your enquiry. A clear plan helps us prepare better and means your survey is more efficient. We also welcome photos of your current space to understand your layout before arrival.

If you do not have a formal plan, a simple description of your facility and a few photos from different angles are often enough for us to prepare and quote confidently. Please describe the general layout and any key features (loading bay position, office location, structural columns, etc.).
